Description
Well after buying a new stack of books for refs and inspiration this is what have come out as of yet!
I wanted to work on my technical skills a lot on this piece, working with clean lines and not so many values. A Clean line work you might say.
The skull on top is feline, love them little kitties, got 4 of them myself so they just had to get a nice place in here as well (they are alive though).
A little post-edit is that I copied the right wing over the left one, made a grave design mistake on the top feather on the left wing that totally destroyed the whole piece. Hope you don't mind

Hey I recently had a look in one of my occult books again and I was amazed to see this illustration in there. I'm not sure whether you took your inspiration from this particular book or that the same illustration can be found in more books, but I was pleased to find it nevertheless. It's a hand-made, limited and signed book from Ixaxaar. I forgot the title (I can't check my bookcase now because I'm at school) but it's about necromantic rituals as far as I can remember.
